Three people were injured Friday afternoon in a Crosby Township crash.

Police said Edward Kayser, 30, of North Bend, lost control of his car around 1:15 p.m. on southbound New Haven Road.

His car crossed the center line and collided with a northbound pickup driven by Tami Abbott, 45, of Harrison.

Kayser was trapped inside his vehicle for about 20 minutes and transported to University Hospital.

Abbott and her husband, 48-year-old Rick Abbott, were also taken to University Hospital.

Police said none of the victims suffered life-threatening injuries, but no additional information was released.

Kayser was cited for failure to maintain control of his vehicle.
